AHPRA Compliant Marketing For Clinics & Health Practitioners
Social Hub is a marketing agency for clinics, practitioners and health brands that want to grow without putting their registration at risk. We plan, write and run AHPRA compliant marketing across Google, Meta, your website, search and email, with the advertising rules built in from the first draft.
Certified Partners Of The Platforms We Use Every Day
We're certified on the platforms our clients rely on, so your ads, store, website and email all run on best practice setups.
Medical Marketing Compliance Built Into Every Campaign
Most clinics we speak to have been burnt at least once. A testimonial left on the website, an ad that named a prescription medicine, or a before and after post that should never have gone up. Fixing it after a complaint costs far more than getting it right in the first place.
We've spent years marketing cosmetic clinics, wellness clinics, telehealth brands and supplement companies, so AHPRA compliant advertising is how we work every day. Your campaigns still have to sell, they just do it within the rules.
Rules first
Every ad, page and email is written against the AHPRA advertising guidelines and the TGA Advertising Code before it goes to you.
Still built to convert
Clear offers, strong creative and tracked bookings, so compliant never means forgettable.
One team across every channel
The same people check your ads, website, socials and emails, so nothing slips through.

How We Run AHPRA Compliant Marketing
Every clinic starts with a compliance check, then we build the growth plan on top of it.
Testimonials
Reviews and patient stories kept off your ads and site
Images
Before and after photos only where the rules allow
Claims
No guarantees, superlatives or results we can't support
Medicines
No prescription medicines named in public ads
What We Check Before Anything Goes Live
AHPRA compliant marketing comes down to the detail. These are the areas we check on every ad, post, page and email before it reaches you for approval.
If something can't be said, we find a better way to say what can.
AHPRA Compliant Marketing FAQs
Common questions about the AHPRA advertising guidelines and marketing a clinic within them.
-
It's marketing for a regulated health service that follows the National Law and the AHPRA advertising guidelines, along with the TGA Advertising Code for any therapeutic goods. In practice that means no testimonials, no misleading claims, no unreasonable expectations of results and no pressure to book.
-
They apply to anyone advertising a regulated health service, including registered practitioners, clinics, practice owners and the agencies who market them. If your business offers services from a registered health practitioner, your marketing needs to follow them.
-
Testimonials about the clinical side of a regulated health service aren't allowed in advertising. That includes reviews you share or repost on your website and social media. Comments about things like parking or friendly staff are treated differently, so we help you work out what can stay.
-
In some cases, yes, but strict conditions apply. Images have to be real, unedited and taken in consistent conditions, and they can't create unreasonable expectations. The rules are tighter again for cosmetic procedures.
-
No. Prescription only medicines can't be advertised to the public in Australia, so we promote the consultation and the treatment area instead of the product.
-
AHPRA introduced new guidelines for non surgical cosmetic procedures from 2 September 2025. They tightened the rules on influencers, before and after images, patient reviews, targeting under 18s and wording that plays on insecurity.
-
Yes. We start with a compliance audit, then rewrite pages, ads and captions that need it and remove anything that puts your registration at risk.
-
No. We're a marketing agency, not lawyers. We work to the published guidelines every day, and for anything that needs a legal opinion we'll recommend you speak with your indemnity insurer or a health lawyer.
-
Yes. We're based on the Gold Coast and work with clinics, practitioners and health brands across Australia.
We only take on clinics we're confident we can grow.
