Cure8: Wellness Clinic Marketing Case Study
Cure8 is a wellness and recovery clinic with locations in Double Bay and on the Gold Coast. We brought their Google Ads, Meta ads, email, website copy and content together into one plan, growing revenue 20% and bringing in 662 new clients in four months.
Certified Partners Of The Platforms We Use Every Day
We're certified on the platforms our clients rely on, so your ads, store, website and email all run on best practice setups.
The Challenge
Cure8 came to us in March 2026 with two clinics, a long menu of therapies and strict advertising rules to work within. Their marketing was running channel by channel, and it was hard to see which ads were actually bringing in bookings.
Here's where things stood when we started.
Google Ads
One budget was shared across both clinics, with the Gold Coast clinic using most of it, so Double Bay wasn't getting the reach it needed.
Tracking
Bookings ran through Fresha, which has no open connection to Google Ads, so there was no clear view of which clicks turned into appointments.
Email and content
Contacts sat across several sources, and there was no steady flow of content showing the clinic experience.
The Results
What changed once both clinics were working from one plan.
1,200
Book Now clicks a month from Google Ads, at around $2 per click.
662
New clients booked across both clinics in four months.
+20%
Revenue growth once every channel was working from one plan.
Compliance first
Every ad, email and post was built within the AHPRA and TGA advertising rules, with careful wording around IV and NAD+ therapies.
Google Ads
We split the campaigns by clinic so each location had its own budget, then targeted Double Bay more strongly to fill its appointment book.
Meta ads
Campaigns that showed the clinic experience and brought new people in to try a therapy for the first time.
Website and offers
We wrote the Discovery Pack copy and built clear pricing cards, so new clients could see exactly what to book first.
Email marketing
We brought contacts from several sources into Klaviyo and sent regular emails, including "did you know" emails linking surprising facts to each service.
Content creation
Shot lists and consistent brand colours gave Cure8 photos and video for ads, social, TikTok and the website.
Booking tracking
We tracked every Book Now click on the website and connected Fresha, so we could see what each booking cost at each clinic.
Our Approach
We ran Cure8's ads, email, website and content as one plan across both clinics, all built within the advertising rules.
